Grade 6:
- HPV 2 doses (girls only) note: also recommended for boys but currently not funded except for boys at increased risk *
- Meningococcal C Conjugate Vaccine
- Chicken pox and Hepatits B vaccine catch ups offered to those not previously fully immunized
Grade 9:
- Tetanus, Diptheria Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine
*Note HPV vaccine is currently funded for males age 9-26 who have sex with men, are questioning their sexual identity, are street involved or have HIV
