The Here to Help website is developed by a coalition of of seven leading mental health and addictions non-profit agencies. The sites has extensive information on mental health and addiction issues.

MindHealth BC

Developed by Vancouver Coastal Health and Providence Health Care in partnership with the Shared Care Committee – a joint committee of the Doctors of BC and the Ministry of Health, MindHealthBC is a reliable tool for both doctors and patients alike. The new website is available to support GPs and/or patients to help those struggling with depression, anxiety or another mental health or substance use condition. MindHeath BC provides information on support groups, therapies, and toolkits for various mental health conditions.

Mindcheck

A new BC website where young people can check out how they’re feeling and get connected to early and quick support, offering educational material and confidential screening tools (quizzes) for five conditions – depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol and drug use, and psychosis.

About the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre:

The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and peer support to children, youth and their families from across BC. They provide peer support to people of all ages with eating disorders. All services are free of charge, and they can be reached by phone, in person, or through email.
