The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) recently launched the “Prevention in Hand” (PiH) website and mobile application in conjunction with the Public Agency of Canada (PHAC) to provide Canadian health care professionals and the public with reliable and easily accessible health information, clinical guidelines, and practical tools to promote active and healthy lifestyles.
