Thank you so much to all the patients, colleagues and staff that contributed to the raffle. You raised a grand total of $895.70 to support Health for Humanity’s work in Guatemala. That’s amazing! This will pay for running 2 operating rooms for a day – for example, treating 8 young patients with cleft lip or palate repairs. What a wonderful gift!
The team of 82 volunteers is preparing for the next trip on November 10, 2017. A shipping container loaded with medical supplies, including 6 modern anesthetic machines, has already arrived in Guatemala.
