Any patient who comes into the office with fever, cough, shortness of breath or other cold and flu symptoms without first disclosing this to the staff by phone will be asked to leave the practice permanently.
Purposefully not disclosing symptoms so that you can see your doctor face to face puts our staff, all the doctors and all of our other patients including the most vulnerable at risk. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
