We offer online booking for your telehealth and in-office visits for patients attached to Bayswater Family Practice.
If your medical issue is urgent and you do not see appointments available in the time frame you require, please contact the office by phone and discuss this situation with our staff. The staff have access to a few emergency appointment slots each day that are not always available online.
After you complete your appointment booking, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. The email contains a link if you subsequently need to cancel. You will also receive a reminder email one day prior to the booking. If you have booked a phone or video appointment, please review the instructions on the telehealth page of our website in advance of your appointment.
Patients who miss appointments will have their access to our online booking system cancelled and will need to speak with our staff before booking further appointments.
