To help ensure appointment availability for all patients, our missed appointment fee has been updated to align with the recommended rates from Doctors of BC.
Effective July 1/2026:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a $97.20 missed appointment fee.
