Our physicians will usually write prescriptions to last until the next recommended time for a check-in about your medication either by phone or in person. If there are no further repeats on your prescription it is likely because the physician would like to check-in with you to see if any adjustments need to be made to your medication. At the time of your visit, you and your physician can decide on a mutually agreed upon interval until the next medication check-in.
